I've been here a little over 3 months and I am very happy. I worked with Jenny Menendez since the start of my application ... process and she has been nothing short of amazing. She made me feel right at home from the moment I spoke to her. Her being bilingual in English and Spanish is definitely a major plus. I look forward to being here at springtree for a good while. MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE GET 5 STARS. ON SITE MANAGER IS VERY PERSONABLE AND HAS HAS A SMILE FOR YOU! FRANCISCO FROM ... MAINTENANCE CAN BE SEEN ALL DAY LONG MAKING HIS ROUNDS AND SHOWING ME AND EVERYONE ELSE THAT HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK, IS COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL! Excellent Community

My son lives at Springtree. I love how clean and well kept the property is every time I go to visit him. It is a very beautiful ... place. They just added two more bbq areas which makes it so much more convientient since one of those is right next to his apartment and we love to bbq. Last but not least the staff at Springtree is attentive and kind to our needs which is really appreciated. Read More about Excellent Community
